Manik Moti

Manik Moti is a unique programme of famous songs sung by late singer Manik Verma. She was the only Hindustani classical singer who is equally popular for her Sugam Sangeet as well. Manik Moti weaves her songs of both classical and Sugam Sangeet styles with her own life story in such a way that it gives an unique experience to the audience. When this show was first presented in 19-----, it was the first musical biography live on the stage with the help of video clippings of her own life which gave a new dimension to musical programmes altogether.

Adaranjali

Bidding a goodbye to the last century was not easy for music lovers because the most appealing creative work was done in last century particularly in film industry. To pay homage to these parted geniuses, Chaurang presented Adaranjali – a dedication to 21 artists from Hindi film industry of nineteenth century – directors like Raj Kapoor, V Shantaram; lyricists like Sahir Ludhiyanvi, Shaqil Badayuni; singers like Mukesh, Kishor Kumar; etc. Adaranjali is an attempt to narrate to the next generation about the journey of these immensely talented artists. It also displays a story of film industry of last century this programme.

Ganga Jamuna

The most popular lyricist of Marathi bhavgeets and film songs was P Savlaram whose songs have touched almost every Marathi heart. On his sad demise, Chaurang dedicated a musical programme to commemorate his work in the field of music. Not only his songs are sung but also his life story is mixed in that to enable audience to understand who he was and the way he created his own destiny.
